Abstract:
Ensuring data security in regulated industries is paramount due to stringent compliance requirements and increasing cybersecurity threats. Traditional backup systems often lack the robustness to prevent sophisticated attacks and data breaches. This paper proposes an integrated approach combining advanced encryption techniques with artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the security, integrity, and reliability of backup systems. The methodology includes AI-driven anomaly detection, blockchain-based data integrity verification, and quantum-resistant encryption mechanisms. This research highlights the advantages of this hybrid model through simulations and comparative analysis, demonstrating its efficacy in reducing cyber threats and meeting regulatory compliance standards.
