Copyright and Licensing Policy
International Journal of Multidisciplinary on Science and Management understands the value of licensing and copyright protection for scholarly communication, knowledge dissemination, and intellectual property protection. Our copyright and license guidelines are intended to uphold authors' rights, guarantee accurate attribution, and promote the responsible use of published works. Our copyright and licensing policy is as follows:
Copyright Ownership: The copyright to an author's work is retained by authors who submit manuscripts to IJMSM. When authors submit a paper, they give the journal permission to publish their work before anyone else does. Additionally, the magazine has the non-exclusive right to keep publishing and disseminating the piece after it has been published.
Open Access Licensing: IJMSM uses an open-access publication approach to encourage accessibility and cooperation. All papers published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing users to reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the work, and make derivative works based on it, providing they give proper credit to the original author(s).
Author Duties: It is the authors' responsibility to make sure that their submissions do not violate the rights of any third parties. This entails giving due credit and securing authorization for any copyrighted content they include in their works.
Attribution and Citation: Users of content from IJMSM must properly attribute the original work to the author(s), including the article title, journal name, publication date, and author(s). Citations must follow accepted guidelines for scholarly reference.
Reproduction and Distribution: Readers are entitled to download, print, and distribute articles from IJMSM for non-commercial purposes. Nonetheless, the use must abide with the conditions of the Creative Commons citation License and correct citation must be made.
Archiving and Repository: This promotes the accessibility and long-term preservation of intellectual literature. Authors are urged to place their published publications in institutional repositories or other appropriate archives.
Copyright Violation: IJMSM regards copyright violations with seriousness. The journal maintains the right to take appropriate action, such as retracting the article or pursuing legal remedies, in the event that copyright breaches are discovered.
Licensing of Third-Party Content: IJMSM makes sure that the right licenses and permissions are acquired before using any content from third parties. Any limitations on using content from other parties will be made explicit.
Policy Review: This copyright and licensing policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to align with best practices and evolving industry standards.
The editor-in-chief will be the first to review any allegations of wrongdoing. The process will start with a written letter to each party in question outlining the complaint and asking for further details. When necessary, the head editor may confer in confidence with other editors, outside technical specialists (while concealing their identities), or other parties. Each such study will have the assistance of a minimum of one senior associate editor. The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) has established concepts that are adhered to by Golden Sun-Rise. The COPE flowcharts will direct the investigation and resolution of any misconduct allegations, including those involving plagiarism, fabricated data, redundant or duplicate publication, misconduct by reviewers, complaints against editors, and other ethical issues with submitted manuscripts.
